Once more I will dedicate a week post to a Family Guy character. Joe is a paraplegic man and one of the Peter's best friends. He plays an important role by being one of the 4 friends in Peter's group (Quagmire, Cleveland, Joe, and Peter). I beleive the series uses Joe as another comic releif to paraplegic people. A funny aspect about Joe is that he is really atheletic and has a jock like personality, unlike his three other friends who are really lazy. He is also a police officer and sometimes has to arrest a known person. WHat calls my attention to his character though is his sudden out burst of energy such as his known shout, "YEAH!!!!"
